RAFO begins recruitment procedures for officer candidates

Muscat: The Royal Oman Air Force (RAFO), in coordination with the Ministry of Labour, on Sunday began recruitment procedures for a number of Omanis to join military service as warrant officers, pilot officers, air officers and university graduates in civilian specialisations.

The recruitment process includes the approved assessment stages followed by the RAFO, leading to the final stage of selection and acceptance.

These efforts by the Sultan’s Armed Forces come as part of the national approach to employing Omanis in accordance with approved plans and programmes.

The initiative aims to support the branches of the Sultan’s Armed Forces and other departments within the Ministry of Defence with qualified national personnel, in a manner that serves the nation and contributes to its journey of development and prosperity, under the wise leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik.
