Projects worth RO 6m underway in Al Buraimi

AL BURAIMI: Development projects worth more than RO 6 million are being implemented during 2026 in the wilayats of Al Buraimi, Mahadha and Al Sinainah, Governorate of Al Buraimi. The projects reflect a keenness to develop infrastructure, service facilities and tourist destinations in the governorate.

The projects are scheduled to generate added value by improving the urban landscape, raising the efficiency of services, enhancing investment and providing high quality facilities that meet the needs of the community.

Projects that contribute to supporting economic development and activating the tourism sector in the governorate include an artificial lake project being developed to the tune of RO 1.8 million, in addition to service projects like streets, parking lots, fountains, walkways and seating areas.

The Al Buraimi Municipality building is developing a One Stop project at a cost of RO 80,000. The project aims to convert Injaz Hall into an integrated centre for serving visitors. — ONA
